Michelle Andros is a certified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard and Hearing, small business owner and Educational Consultant in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  She serves as the Coordinator for Itinerant Services at the Western PA School for the Deaf, Owner/Vice President at Supporting Success for Children with Hearing Loss, and owns Deaf Education Consulting LLC. Michelle has dedicated her career to improving both students’ and teachers’ understanding of education in the field of deafness for over 20 years.
